You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order is processed.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.
Estimated delivery time varies depending on your location:
Local Kerala Orders: 1–3 business days
Other Indian States: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, courier delays, or holidays.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the order size, weight, and delivery location.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can track your order on the courier partner’s website.
5. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we only ship within India.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
6. Damaged or Lost Items
If your order is received damaged or lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will assist you in replacing the product or processing a refund as per our return policy.
